A career that suits your life!

14,000 students and 1,800 employees may seem a lot, but they are comparatively few for a university. That is why we are not large and rigid, but manageable and open-minded! Everyday life and topics are ever-changing.

When you work for us, you have the freedom to contribute your ideas and help shape the path that leads us forward together. We always make sure that work adapts to your life and not the other way around.

This makes us one of the most family-friendly employers in the region.

Social Equity : Gender equality work in the selection process

We want to promote diversity and Social Equity when filling positions and create an inclusive environment that values and utilizes the talents of all genders.
