Osnabrück University is one of the most successful newly founded universities in Germany - we present the high-performance, interdisciplinary and internationally recognized science location in all its facets. This includes the distribution of press releases on science, studies, teaching, university policy and campus life, the placement of experts as well as the image service and filming permits for journalists. We invite journalists to press conferences and offer support in developing topics.

- Research network: The University is a member of the Informationsdienst Wissenschaft (idw), which is available free of charge for journalistic research in German-speaking countries.
- Press mailing list: Are you an editor and would like to receive regular information? We will gladly take you in our press mailing list.
- Expert mediation: You have already researched your topic and now need scientifically sound information from experts at Osnabrück University? We can put you in touch with experts from the university. This gives you first-hand information and assessments.
- Image service: Whether it's portraits of people, impressions of the campus or shots of an event, we are happy to provide you with images for publications.
- Filming permission: Do you need permission to film on the university campus? Please feel free to contact us about this.

And of course there is also news for employees. It focuses on research, teaching, university policy and personnel matters. No registration is required for this medium either. Brochure on Science Goes Public
Together with Osnabrück University, the Neue Osnabrücker Zeitung invites you to Science Goes Public every year. Citizens can decide in advance on questions that will be answered during the event. We publish a brochure with all the presentations for each Forum. Video recordings are available for viewing on the Science Goes Public YouTube Channel.
