Change of personal data

Have you moved and would like to change your address? You can easily do this yourself:

  1. log in to  myUOS with your university login,
  2. click on the gray myUOS logo in the top center to open the menu,
  3. select "HISinOne" under "Studies",
  4. select "Student Services",
  5. select the "Contact details" tab,
  6. where you can find your current address, select the blue pencil symbol,
  7. under "Change postal address", select the blue pencil icon again,
  8. Now you can enter and save your new address!

If you change your name after getting married, you can simply apply for the systemic change at the Admissions Office:

  1. log in to  myUOS with your university login,
  2. click on the gray myUOS logo in the top center to open the menu,
  3. select "HISinOne" under "Studies",
  4. on the start page of "HISinOne" you will also find the "Application for name change" under "Applications",
  5. fill it out and send it by email to  studentsoffice@uni-osnabrueck.de with the relevant supporting documents

Since you are also entitled to a (free) new CampusCard, remember to upload a new (passport-style) photo of yourself to the computer center. After approx. 48 hours, you can collect your new CampusCard from the Info Point during  StudiOS opening hours.

The Gender Equality Office supports you with  TIN*(trans*, intersex, non-binary)  counseling if you are seeking to change your gender entry and first name.
