After the Stay

After an exciting time abroad, we welcome you back at Osnabrück University! With the last organizational steps you will now complete your stay abroad.

Your personal experiences from your semester abroad are valuable and helpful to inform other interested students about your host university. You are therefore asked to submit a testimonial to the International Office in which you share your experiences.

Please download this  Cover sheet (PDF, 537 kB), which includes important information and tips on how to compose your testimonial. The testimonials will be made avaiable to other Osnabrück University students in the exchange database. For this reason, please make sure that you do not include any personal details (e.g. matriculation number) in your testimonial.

Once you have received your Transcript of Records from the host university, you can formally apply to your examination office for recognition of your achievements abroad along with the Learning Agreement you concluded before leaving the country.

If you have received funding for your stay abroad (e.g. an Erasmus+ grant or a DAAD PROMOS scholarship), you must submit final documents following your stay abroad. The International Office of Osnabrück University will inform you in good time about the documents to be submitted.
