Business Law - Bachelor of Laws
Business decisions often require consideration of the legal framework. Business lawyers develop legal concepts as a basis for solving business problems.
Business decisions often require consideration of the legal framework. Business lawyers develop legal concepts as a basis for solving business problems.
The Bachelor's degree course in Business Law offers a university alternative to the conventional state examination course in law and combines a broad basic legal education with an in-depth, practice-oriented study of business law.
The course begins with the basics. From the 5th semester onwards, students specialize in one of the three profile areas (tax, employment and personnel, companies and banking).
Bachelor's graduates find employment in the legal and business advisory professions, for example in tax consultancy and auditing. After a few years of practical experience, they can take the tax consultant or auditing exam and become self-employed. They may also consider working in the insurance and credit industry or in corporate human resources and public administration.
