Organizational Development Staff Unit

As Organizational Development, we provide advice to all areas of Osnabrück University.

Our tasks include supporting change processes at departmental and team level, advising managers and employees and developing employees' professional and interdisciplinary skills.

We also provide support for international employees. Our services are geared towards the individual development needs of employees and target groups as well as the strategic goals of the university.
