Osnabrück University offers an increasing number of English-taught classes across all faculties, which exchange students can choose from. Below, you can find an overview of those classes regularly offered in the Winter Semester or Summer Semester. These classes are generally open for exchange students. "ECTS" indicates the number of credits per class. "MA" and "BA" stand for "Master" and "Bachelor".

Physics

In the framework of the Master Program in Advanced Physics several courses are offered in English. In most cases (but not in all cases), the course includes lectures, practicals, and a seminar. Seminars and practicals are usually offered during the Summer Semester. For most of these courses, the students should know physics on the Bachelor level. The courses in Biomacromolecular Physics and Applied Bioinformatics could be also taken by students with a degree in chemistry.
