My research focus is on Technical and Vocational Education and Training, especially in the Health Care sector. In recent publications, I discuss innovative strategies to qualify nurses, such as part-time training and validation of prior learning. I also work in the field of Teacher Education and Professionalization for Vocational Schools.

My current teaching responsibilities are focused on the B.A./B.Sc. and M.Ed. Programmes in Teacher Education for Vocational Schools.
