Experience in industry
I am an experienced educator and researcher with a strong background in vocational and social pedagogy. As the interim coordinator of the practice-integrated educator training program at Berufskolleg Bergkloster Bestwig, I led the restructuring of the program, developed innovative didactic concepts, and strengthened collaboration between the school and external partners. Previously, as a senior teacher, I played a key role in digitalizing education, organizing practical training phases, and designing annual curricula. My teacher training at Hildegardisschule Münster deepened my expertise in digital learning, cooperative teaching methods, and the development of digital learning products. Before my career in education, I gained valuable business experience as an authorized officer at Agentur Meister GmbH, where I was responsible for sales structures, marketing strategies, and business networking. My diverse expertise allows me to bridge the gap between education, digital transformation, and organizational development.
