Research Associate (m/f/d)
(Pay Scale 13 TV-L, 50 %)

The "Electronic Transport" group at the School of Mathematics/Computer Sciences/Physics is seeking to appoint a Research Associate at the earliest possible date.

This is a temporary, three-year position.

Your Duties:

• Participation in research on molecular spintronics. Your tasks are: Setting-up operation of a measuring station for temperature-dependent conductivity measurements, production of electronic components based on carbon nanotubes, experiments on magnetotransport
• Opportunity to work towards a PhD (during working hours)
• Contribution to teaching at the institute

Requirements:

• Good or very good completed Master in Physics or Electronic engineering (in exceptions in comparable disciplines)
• Practical experience in the field of electronics (e.g. in the context of laboratory courses)

Additional Qualifications:

• Very good knowledge of semiconductor physics and/or semiconductor devices
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Enjoy working in a team
