After arriving in Osnabrück, you must pay a deposit for your rent. The dormitories currently require a deposit of € 600. The deposit will be returned to you after you move out, if you have left your room in a clean and orderly state.
Rental obligations
If, for some reason, you cannot come to Osnabrück, you should inform the International Office right away. If you have already signed a rental agreement, the International Office and the Studentenwerk Osnabrück will try to find someone else to rent your room. Please note that you are responsible for the rent, however, if no new tenant can be found.
