Information for students from China

Although the same regulations apply to Chinese applicants as to other international students,  applicants from China must have their certificates verified by the Academic Evaluation Center (APS) of the German Embassy in Beijing before being able to apply for a study place in Germany. (Verification of certificates and interview). If applicants pass this verification, they are given a certificate. This system makes the application procedure at German universities easier and accelerates the visa application process.
